You're sure to enjoy this delightful reptilian evening featuring Key Biscayne's most popular lizard, the Iguana. We're also featuring the reptile knowledgeable Mr. Joe Wasilewski as our guest speaker. (He's pretty popular, too). Joe will have Iguanas for your touching and viewing pleasure, so bring your cameras and nerve, and all the questions you have about Iguanas. Friday June 20 -- Miami Children's Museum Celebrates the Harry Potter Book Launch - 9 pm to Midnight
The Miami Children's Museum joins forces with Books & Books of Coral Gables to celebrate the release of Harry Potter & the Order of the Phoenix. The Harry Potter extravaganza will take place on Friday, June 20th from 9 p.m. until the witching hour of midnight when Harry Potter & The Order of the Phoenix becomes available for the first time ever! A special team at the Miami Children's Museum has created a magical menu of fun, particularly for this book launch. Activities include individual projects that children can take home, as well as large group projects, where kids can interact in groups. Specialized activities include: Gringotts Greedy Goblins: Kids must pull from two piles of cards to find where the goblins stashed the galleons (gold chocolate coins).Guess What's in Hagrid's Pocket: Kids must guess what the items are in the pockets of Hagrid. Prizes will be awarded to the lucky winners. Walking Wall Art: Kids get to create their own portraits by accenting their features. Words and Wands: Kids create spells by joining together several Latin words on a sheet of paper and then turn the paper into a wand.

The Spa Sonesta Beach Resort Key Biscayne offers Water Tai Chi, a combination of modified Yang-style Tai Chi movements, in the body-nurturing element of water.
