Countrywide
Home Loans

Countrywide Home Loans will be opening its Key Biscayne branch during the first week of July.  Managing this branch is George Fraguio, who is no stranger to Key Biscayne!

Countrywide has helped millions of Americans realize their dream of homeownership since 1969.  Our experience in residential finance has given us the special insight needed to help consumers effectively reach their financial goals. Also, with this insight Countrywide can offer companies, real estate professionals, and related institutions the financial services and powerful resources for achieving profitability. It is no wonder we are currently the number-one lender in the country!

Countrywide is bringing to Key Biscayne’s real estate market an array of flexible and progressive products that include super jumbo loans up to $8 million and the ability to finance foreign nationals without having to broker out to second parties. We have the widest range of interest-only loans and the commitment to keeping it simple. In fact, George maintains that when it comes to home financing Countrywide wants to make it easy, “73% of our closed loans last month in the region were done without verifying client’s income and what is even more amazing is that most did not have an extra cost for that.”

Whether you are a resident looking to refinance or purchase a new property or are a realtor ready to get your client qualified for a loan, Countrywide is positioned to offer cutting edge programs and service. “I think that the product mix, attitude, and service are outstanding, it is a total shift from traditional banks.”

Countrywide has joined the Chamber as our newest Trustee, which is the highest level of membership and support.
