Great Properties International Realty: Daniel Gaviria and Tasio Lorente, as co-founders of Great Properties International Realty, saw the need for a more personalized, customer oriented type of real estate company, where the focus is on the client as an individual. Due to the Brokers' and the Agents' dedication, hard work and cultivation of local and international contacts, Great Properties Intl. Realty is able to offer it's clients the security that they are getting the best service and attention available. So far the formula has worked well, as the company has expanded steadily since it was established. Plans are in the works to expand to the Doral area in August 2006 and Coral Way in February 2007.
