Bridge of Peace. We are a non-profit organization that creates opportunities for impoverished children by building a bridge of peace that connects them to the global community and encourage them to take care of the environment we all share. We work under the principles that all children have the right to an education and that they will create tomorrow's world. We know that in order to alleviate property and achieve environmental sustainability in the 21st century, both interrelated challenges must be addressed simultaneously.
Our "Door to the World" program in Honduras focuses on educational experiences that provide a balance of economic growth, social progress and environmental sustainability.

Blue Lighthouse Realty is a refreshing and new concept in real estate and art. We've been in the real estate business since 2001, and have decided to promote our services with the complement of Ingrid Barreneche's talent as a creative artist expressing her emotions through "Art Naïve" painting and literature. We want to create a space where Key Biscayne artists can come and promote their artistic expressions. Real estate will never be the same… here real estate and art come together.

Friday, Nov. 17 4-6pm - The Key Biscayne Community Foundation presents a Non-Profit Expo on the Village Green
We are offering Key Biscayne residents an opportunity to come and see what some of our non-profits are doing. The event is not a fund raiser but rather a chance to see what groups are doing and learn about volunteer opportunities. Groups from the Key have been invited to participate (Lions, Kiwanis, Rotary, the schools, service organizations, etc.) as well as some from off the Key (the Miami Bridge, the Barnyard, Hands on Miami, Shake-a-Leg, and more). There will be a Thanksgiving food drive, Toys for Tots, and a book drive at the very least and some organizations are planning fun activities for attendees. This event event is for all residents, including children as we are hoping everyone can learn the joy of giving back as the Holiday Season begins.
