On February 13, the Key Biscayne Village Council will consider regulations for allowing hotel condominiums on our Island. We urge you to come and support the drafting of a responsible ordinance to incorporate hotel condominiums into the current zoning code. This is a vital step in returning a second hotel project to the Village. The Sonesta has been a member of the Chamber since its inception and has continuously supported Chamber activity, both financially and through time and effort. Now, the Sonesta partnership needs the support of the Chamber and all of its members to encourage the Village Council to adopt appropriate legislation to make their hotel project feasible.
