Bill Durham, aka Bicycle Bill, owner of Mangrove Cycles has been a Key business owner and Chamber of Commerce member for the past 31 years. He promises to work with the Board to promote good business practices and seek ways to improve business.

His interests include yoga, tai chi and he is currently working on improving his swimming techniques. Bill has been a past president of the Chamber and a co-founder of the Key Biscayne Life Enhancement Forum.
