Jim Eraso, President of Jim Eraso Travel. Grew up on the Key, having arrived on Key Biscayne in 1960. He attended Coral Gables High School, Miami-Dade Junior College and graduated from the University of Miami with a degree in Political Science. Jim also attended the University of Madrid during his junior year and studied Spanish and Hispanic Culture.

He started working at Key Biscayne Travel in 1963 and except for 3 years in the Navy submarine service was there until March of 2003 when he opened his own Travel Agency.

Jim is a member of the 4th of July Parade Committee, Past President (Chair) of the Chamber, Key Biscayne Yacht Club, Key Biscayne Beach Club, a founding member of the Rotary Club of Key Biscayne and a founding member of the Key Biscayne Jaycees. As a member of the Chamber of Commerce, Jim has chaired and been a member of many committees.

In his spare time, Jim enjoys traveling with his wife Pat. He would like to bring to the Chamber plenty of Knowledge of the past in Key Biscayne as well as his optimistic views for the future to the Chamber Board of Directors.
