Joan McCaughan, a graduate of Trinity College in Washington, DC, has a bachelor's degree in Economics.

She has been a licensed Real Estate Broker and Mortgage Broker since 1973. Joan and her two daughters, Jamie and Melissa, are 21 year residents of Key Biscayne. Since joining Coldwell Banker in 1995, Joan has been their Top Producer.

She is also a Board member of the Greater Miami Tennis Foundation, the Treasurer of St. Agnes' "St. Vincent de Paul Society", a member of the Key Biscayne Yacht Club and an active Board member of the Key Biscayne Chamber of Commerce. Joan has worked on the Progressive Dinner Committee, the Welcome Basket Committee, the Relocation Committee and the recently formed Past President's Committee.
