Channel 16 is the official television channel of the Village of Key Biscayne and can be viewed by all of our island residents. The Key Biscayne Chamber of Commerce & Visitors Center wants to reach these residents and introduce them to our Chamber membership through a program called On Location. Produced and directed by Jorge Mora, On Location features our members by doing an on-location filming and interview with the business owner and employees. This way, our members can benefit from free advertising on T.V.!
