    State Parks across the U.S. hold First Day Hikes to help visitors start their new year off in nature at their local State Park. Join Park Staff and volunteer Outdoor Mindfulness Guide, Cathy Zises for a First Day Mindfulness Walk on the Mangrove Trail at Bill Baggs Cape Florida State Park. 

    Mindful connection with the outdoors is crucial for cultivating a balanced, inspired, and fulfilled life. Let yourself be guided… Kripalu Certified Outdoor Mindfulness Guide (and FPS volunteer) Cathy Zises, will lead a mostly silent walk into the North Mangrove trail. 

    For your body: Release stress, breathe fresh air, and get moving. 
    For your mind: Settle your awareness on nature’s soothing atmosphere. 
    For your spirit: Venture into the woods to gain inspiration from the living earth.
