Pilates Zone and Eli Bravo would like to invite you to Open Mindfulness. Mindfulness is a powerful quality of the mind. It means paying attention to the present moment experiences with curiosity, openness and the willingness to be with what is, without judgment. Mindfulness is a practice based on simple techniques everyone can learn in order to enjoy life to its fullest, while at the same time feeling more relaxed and responsive to everyday challenges.
During this one hour experience, Eli Bravo will offer the foundations of the practice through engaging exercises, group dynamics and meditations to help you focus your attention in the “here and now”.
Moreover, you will be able to enjoy the beautiful ocean view and breeze of the Key Biscayne Beach Park.
