Committees

Annual Fundraiser:  Organize annual fundraising event to cover the expanding needs of its members and the operating expenses, media outreach, programming and web development

Audit:   Audit the Chamber's finances annually, composed of Board members      

Business Card Exchanges & Educational Seminars: Plan events that promote networking and provide members with best business practices and innovations

Civic Affairs:  Evaluate issues concerning the business community and recommend action to be taken. Ambassadors attend Village Council meetings and interface with businesses

Education:  Liaison with Schools, PTAs and assist in various activities throughout the year

Executive:   Evaluate Committee's recommendations and issues for policy vote

Marketing and Communications: develop guidelines to promote the Chamber and the Business Community and communicate its initiatives 

Membership:  Recruit, cultivate, expand and retain membership- through its Ambassador Program, it also serves as a welcoming committee- which helps new members navigate the many programs offered by the chamber

Nominating:  Insures the Board represents the business community at large

Tourism: Promote Key Biscayne as a tourist destination
