The Key Biscayne Chamber of Commerce organizes and facilitates several committees that promote activities, events, advocacy and outreach to support our membership. Each committee is chaired by a member of the Chamber's Board of Directors. All active members are welcome and encouraged to take part in these committees.
These committees assist the Chamber team and leadership in the implementation of our annual work plan to support the prosperity of our business community.
Responsible for developing and implementing the Chamber's strategy, policy and program of action and for overseeing the financial affairs of the organization.

The mission of the Advocacy Committee is to monitor, identify and advocate for local issues and legislative or governmental actions that serve the interests of the Chamber members, and support the long term economic viability of Key Biscayne.

To represent and advocate the interests of Key Biscayne’s small businesses to help grow and maintain a strong and diverse business community.

Develop guidelines to promote the Chamber and the Business Community and communicate its initiatives.
Chair: Marshall Steingold, Miami Maps
Recruit, cultivate, expand and retain membership. Also serves as a welcoming committee, organizing networkers, membership surveys, and helping new members navigate the many programs offered by the chamber.

Identify and nominate leaders of the Chamber to improve the business climate and assist in reaching our goals.
